Once we review your information and your goals, we will design a
custom plan to help you achieve your health goals.
INNERSCAN
Our Wellness Evaluations include a Free Electronic Innerscan using our Ironman Innerscan device.
The Innerscan will give you and your coach the following information about you:
*Body Weight *Pounds of Muscle *Bodyfat Percentage *Visceral Fat (internal fat which surrounds organs) *Calories That You Burn at Rest Daily *Bone Weight *Body Water Percentage *Metabolic age
Once your Nutrition Coach has all of this information, they will review your stats with you.
These stats combined with your goals and current lifestyle will dictate your meal plan.
For example, the amount of muscle you have along with your fat loss / muscle gain goal will help dictate how many grams of protein you should take in daily.
Our meal plans also take advantage of Nutrient Timing. This is crucial because it's not just what you give your body, but when you give it to your body.
Sound difficult? Yes, it would be difficult to figure all of this out on your own. However, your Grand Nutrition Coach takes all of the guesswork out of it and makes it incredibly easy for you.
